What is the return policy?

Exchange or return is allowed for 14 days.

To return or exchange products, they must be in their original packaging and in good condition suitable for resale.

All returns must be delivered within the delivery times. Otherwise, you can bring the returned product yourself to the Kashkha Store showroom, or pay the delivery fees.

Working hours are from Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 8:30 pm -Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Non-refundable commissions for credit cards and Tabby

 

The following fees are non-refundable:

If the order is paid for by credit card, a 2.5% fee will be charged.

If the order is paid by Tabby Service, a 7% fee will be charged.

Definitions

Seller refers to the owner of the website – the person to whom the purchase order has been placed. (MAHHALCOM is the seller)

Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order. (Customer is the buyer)

Goods or Services refers to the product(s) for which the Buyer has placed an order with the Seller.

Premium

All payments are due upon completion of the order.

If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, an order for the Products will not be placed and no items will be shipped. The only exception is the payment method (Cash on Delivery – COD). The order will be dispatched, however, he/she will only be delivered against payment. Buyer loses ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept: Visa – MasterCard – KNET – payment upon receipt

Shipping policies

Shipping cost will be paid by the Buyer in the amount calculated by the Seller at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are subject to buyer’s delivery location

Refund/Return Policy

According to the executive regulations of the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law 39/2014 – Chapter Six: Rules for product exchange and return – Rule 24

“1- The customer has the right to exchange or return the products and obtain a full refund within a time period of 7 days from the date of purchase unless there is an exception announced by the seller or the product is known to have a longer grace period.”

According to the executive regulations of the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law 39/2014 – Chapter Six: Rules for product exchange and return – Rule 25

“The customer has no right to request an exchange or return in the following cases:

1- If the customer was aware of the problem or defect in the product in advance and it was recorded in the invoice and the customer accepted the product in this condition.

2- The nature of the product or the nature of the packaging prevents it from being replaced or returned in a way that makes it impossible to resell the product unless the product contains manufacturing problems or defects that differ from the default conditions.
